Clothing
Animal Fat
There was little use of clothing by the Indigenous people of Australia.
The Women wearing a majority of the clothes mainly wore simple crude outfits similar to a cape or shawl. this would keep them warm in the winter.
The reason the Aboriginals didn't need to wear as many clothes as the modern day European,
is because on a regular basis one would apply a layer of fat to there skin, and sit by the fire so it could bake and form a thick warm skin, Clay was a sometimes made part of the combination, more often in the winter though.

European Clothing
The Custom of European dress is harshly different to an indigenous persons belief so Indigenous Australians had to wear European clothes, taking the right of freedom away.
This forced them to wear " white mans clothes" which they were not used to.
